Refunds and purchases

Who took the money
Apple did. Memberships are sold, charged and refunded by Apple through the App Store, and we never see your card or your Apple Account. We cannot issue a refund on Apple's behalf. But if something went wrong at our end, write to us and we will help you make the case.
Request a refund from Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account the purchase was made with, find WrapX in the list and follow the instructions. Apple decides eligibility and usually answers within a couple of days. Their own guide is at support.apple.com/118223.
Cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then WrapX. Cancelling stops the renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. A subscription renews at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancelling and refunding are separate. Asking Apple for a refund does not stop future renewals, and cancelling does not refund the current period.
Restore a membership you already bought
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open WrapX, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Nothing is charged: it asks the App Store what your Apple Account already owns. Use the same Apple Account the purchase was made with.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-off purchase and does not renew. It stays on your Apple Account and comes back with Restore purchases on any iPhone signed in to that account.
A wrap that does not work
If a wrap will not save or looks wrong on the car, that is on us, not on Apple. Write to [email protected] with your model, your trim and a description of what happened, and a person will answer, usually within two working days.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The full terms are on the terms page.
